Do you deliver internationally?
We can deliver our products to individuals in the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Italy.
What are your delivery times?
Our logistics team prepares your orders as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with the greatest care!
Outside of holiday periods, product launches, or exceptional sales events, we prepare your packages within 1 to 2 business days.
In case of high order volume, it may take 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order.
Once packages are handed over to our carriers, here are the average delivery times:
- Home delivery by GLS: 2 to 3 business days,
- Home delivery by Colissimo - carbon neutral: 2 to 3 business days,
- Delivery to a relay point by Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days.
Carriers collect our packages from Monday to Friday. Deliveries can take place on Saturdays.
